Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Basic tools and instructions are included with every purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please keep the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process. Note that return shipping fees may apply.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on rider height. Generally, our 26-inch cruisers fit most adults from 5'2" to 6'2", while our XDS performance bikes offer specific frame measurements for competitive fit.
Do Firmstrong and XDS bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers the frame and fork for the lifetime of the original owner and includes a one-year warranty on all replacement parts.
