At Firmstrong & XDSBIKE, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully disassemble your bicycle and place it back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
